2. Orders & Inventory Availability
All orders placed on the website are subject to stock availability and server validation. While our system uses real-time inventory allocation, in the rare event of an inventory discrepancy, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternate size or complete refund.

All content, including product photography, silhouettes, copy, logo marks, and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Estilo Studio India. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any contracts formed through this storefront shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
